Daphne in the club house was so cool and knowledgeable about everything ; she was very professional. I enjoyed my stay along with my 2 daughters. They loved the pool and the ducks that roam the property. Laundry room is very nice and convenient.

I'm a little late on my review but we stayed here over this past summer for work. Its honestly one of the best parks we've stayed in. The couple of times we were having some trouble with our electricity their maintenance jumped right on it and got us back up and running in no time. Everybody who worked there was so nice and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again if we're ever back in the area.

We made it at the last few minutes before they closed and the employee was so nice she went ahead and got our information, got us a space, lent us a connection plug and answered any questions we had and gave us a brochure of places to eat and made a recommendation to eat which we went to, it was Pier 220 and it was excellent! Thank you very much next time we are out this way from Colorado we will be sure to stay here.

We had a great experience at Cape Kennedy RV Resort. The staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful from the very beginning. We actually ran into an issue with our RV on the road before we even checked in. When we contacted the resort, the staff immediately helped by recommending a reputable local repair service that was able to get us taken care of. That kind of customer service before we'd even arrived definitely made an impression. Once we got to our site, we discovered the pedestal only had a 50-amp connection and we needed 30-amp service. No problem—the staff loaned us a 50A-to-30A adapter so we could get hooked up without having to scramble around town looking for one. The newly renovated restroom and shower facilities were also fantastic. Everything was very clean, the stalls were spacious, and the showers had great water pressure with plenty of hot water—which anyone traveling by RV knows is a beautiful thing after a long day on the road. Overall, excellent hospitality, clean facilities, and a staff that goes out of their way to help their guests. We really enjoyed our stay at Cape Kennedy RV Resort and would gladly stay here again!

We stayed for 4 nights and loved it. It was close to the beach and the space center. The pull thru spot was level, clean, and very spacious. The pool was nice, and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful. The bathouse was excellent and seemed brand new, or at least newly up fitted.

We really enjoyed staying here for the week. Beautiful shade trees and wildlife! One of the most private shaded RV parks we’d ever been in.The Ducks and the baby chicks were awesome. They’d just follow you around. Lots of paved area to walk the dogs to include bags and buckets for dispensing the waste. The wife was able to do all the laundry in a couple hours. They had one machine that didn’t work after eating the money! This is why I rated the place a Four Star. The owners wouldn’t refund the money. They said to take it up with the owner of the machines! Why? Because the machines say We Don’t Give Refunds in any circumstance! That still falls on the shoulders of the owner! They should enlist a better company. The second thing was the WIFI was pathetic! They told me to drive my car up closer to the front for better service! Over all it wasn’t too bad. We’d stay there again if need be.

We spent a lovely weekend here with our grandkids. Staff were wonderful and the campground was very well kept and quiet! We loved the paved site at site 101. It was close to the pool & playground for the grandkids. We would definitely recommend this place❤️

Our campsite had great shade and was perfect for our stay. The newly upgraded shower house was like a high end hotel shower loved that too! The WIFI was almost nonexistent in the location we were in but we managed to survive.. The maintenance guys were all great as well to answer questions. Thanks for the great stay and we will be back!

I've been in the park for about 2 years and I love it here. I love how it always looks beautiful and well groomed want to say thank you to the maintenance crew. We have been staying at this resort for a while now and I would like to mention how great the staff has been to us. Dustin and Darryl both have done such a great job on our site with mowing and weeding and we really appreciate it, also Kevin has done it as well. Such a beautiful and relaxing RV Park.

Making the decision to move into our camper was difficult, our first move was local to Cape Kennedy RV Resort. I have to say they set the standards for the absolute cleanest bathrooms and showers. The office and maintenance teams were always there to assist with anything. We had space and didn’t feel on top of another in our specific location. Highly recommend if your need long term or just stopping through.

Camped and was very pleased with our stay. Pool was great and enjoyable.

Great stop on our way home! Sites were big with plenty of room. Great location to watch the shuttles launch! Only negative is the mosquitoes were really bad while we were there, but that’s not the campgrounds fault, only mother nature:)

Campground so we had no rooms or service. But staff was wonderful. Sites we level and concrete. Loved the location to the coast.

The RV site was great and enough room to allow temp fencing for our pups as security - nice park for the dogs to get some freedom. We had shade from large trees as well. Close to our work and shopping and beaches.

Great location and nice people! The location was close to friends and attractions. It was easy to get to and far enough from the highway that we didn’t even hear it. Bonus, they had a pool!

We were in an RV. The concrete slabs are wonderful and we were right by the pool and everything. We would stay there again.

I am a long term RV resident. Moved down here from PA last May 2025. Cape Kennedy Resort is one of the cheapest RV resorts that is all inclusive, I have found in the area. I have had no issues at all. They are right off the highway. They have all amenities: Clubhouse, Laundry, Mailroom, Pool, Kids playground, small fenced-in dog park/area. They have variety of RV/Camping options for short term or long term: Cement slaps, Grass/dirt lots (cheapeast), Cabins, & tent areas to rough it out. Plenty of trees for shading from the sun. Everyone has been & are so friendly. Anthony is the BEST grounds keeping/Maintenence! You will not be disappointed. ALL of the RV campers & Motorhomes that arrive here are BEAUTIFUL!! Expensive looking & high quality!! The most absolutely impressive part I have noticed about their Resort is, the excellent Grounds keeping Of spraying for Mosquitoes (no see ums) and insects!! I don't believe I've been bitten once since being here, for 10mos!!!

What a great stay here!!! Greenery, shady spots. Clean and neat. James is fantastic. You’re greeted with happiness. That’s a great start. Evenings are quiet. You can see KSC from there. Vehicle assembly building is prominently scene also. Launch towers, etc. I will absolutely return!!!!

Darrell and Anthony are outstanding employees. They do an awesome job of keeping the park up very clean in well managed.

Great place to stay while visiting the Kennedy Space Center. Centrally located for all types of restaurants and shopping. It is an older park but they’ve made improvements such as concrete pads, which is always nice. Cable worked well too. Lily was extremely helpful in moving my reservation to accommodate the rocket launch schedule. She was so nice too! She recommended 2 restaurants (Honeysuckles and Pier 220) and both were wonderful. Also, the 2 maintenance men that took us to our site were so nice too! It’s so refreshing when a business has such nice staff. Definitely would recommend if you’re wanting to visit the area.

We have stayed here several times. The staff is extremely friendly and professional. The sites are immaculate and we will definitely be back.

We stayed in cabin 8 for a couple days. It's fine. A little pricey for absolutely no amenities (no water or bathroom). No electric outlets in the front bedroom. Bathrooms are nice but AC was blasting & shower water wasn't super warm. Bathroom was warmer 2nd night. Staff was nice. Pool was warm & clean. Beds were overall comfy. Not sure why it is called a resort. We normally camp in our 5th wheel but we're travelling in a car and tried a cabin, either way, we've stayed at campgrounds called resorts before and they had lots of things that made them a resort, this place had nothing to justify the name.

The location was ideal for Kennedy space center. It was very quiet. The sites were pretty close together.

Just wanted to let you know how GREAT Daphne was at check-in & during our short stay. She was very accommodating to us when our coffee pot was not working in cabin #4. "Thank you" Daphne! A great location to watch the launch of Artemis! The facility is super clean, and the team was extremely helpful getting me to my site and suggesting activities in the area. Friendly family atmosphere!!

Last minute had change in plans, needed site for a weekend. I choose a gravel site. Which is smaller but we are in a Sprinter camper van. Site was fine but I'd call it rocks not gravel. Had 50 amp, I needed 30 amp [had to use 50 to 30 converter. The sewer was at the back of the site. Bath house was nice looked like that were recently remolded. Has a nice pool t gat was cleaned every morning before opening. Location is not close to anything, but the interstate. Staff was excellent kind and courteous.

Reserved for 4 nights on a bird photography trip with buddies. Facilities average except for shower facility which seemed to have no ventilation resulting in shower becoming an uncomfortable sauna. Wife fell ill and admitted for emergency care prompted leaving before offices opened on 4th day received no refund for 4th day/night of reservation. Also not offered the advertised free camp lantern/light. Otherwise, okay.

I don't understand the sad reviews at all my husband and I have been staying here for 4 years during Thanksgiving. The owners are always working and updating the resort. The people are nice, the laundry is clean. We have never had a bad experience at all. Road noise doesn't bother us we we hardly hear it even though we are close to the road. We love this place we will return.

Made the mistake of booking a gravel site instead of paved. It was more like dirty sand than gravel. The road noise was terrible so we left a night early. It looks like they are in the process of improving things but for the price it left much to be desired. We were able to book another campground on the water for $20 less/night

We camped at this campground one night while traveling. The campground was very was very clean and the pads for the camper were large, level and concrete. There was a very nice laundry room and pool. I would stay at this facility again if traveling in the area. I am unable to complete the survey without rating the room which we did not rent. Disregard any room ratings.

The only complaint is about the price of my stay. Crazy expensive, which is apparently normal for the area at the time of stay. The price reflects resort price, but this is far from a resort at this time. I hope they continue to improve and price more competitively in the future.

This was some of the most genuine people I have ever met. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. They are all very welcoming and very helpful and friendly. It was my first time towing a camper anywhere and they were very helpful throughout the entire process. I did not have any encounter with the staff there that I did not enjoy. They keep the grounds very clean and well maintained. It’s very peaceful there. Absolutely love this place and the people that work there.

We really don’t have anything bad to say about this rv park. Lillian in the front desk and store was so nice and welcoming. Anthony made our stay even nicer he is so present for all the guests and keeps the resort in ship shape. WiFi needs some help but if you have an extender it’s OK. Thank you and see you next year!

Some beautiful Trees with Spanish moss. It was a good spot, but the internet is very bad. II couldn't work on my emails because it is so on and off and extremely slow. Not to mention videos or facebook or X can't play at all.

Nice they have propane on site, there’s a tractor supply about 7 mins away in Mims that has Sewer Waste Extentions & water hoses. Office only has parts that you could build a line from - it’s beyond me why they wouldn’t have the lines with ends already attached? This is important because water and sewer are in one location for multiple sites. I had to use 2 water hoses and 2 sewer lines to get to connections. This was true on the older sites on the east side. The west side sites were remodeled and connections were where you’d expect. There’s also a Love’s Travel center across the street for fuel and air. Sites are shaded and water pressure & quality was great. Site was a little tight - if you follow traffic directions you won’t have an issue - unlike the guy that tried to make a turn where no turn signs were posted and got his travel trailer stuck up against a tree and then knocked off my mirror trying to back up 🤦🏼‍♂️. Anthony one of the maintenance staff was helpful and retrieved the contact details and insurance from the guy despite me being away for the day. Just a bit annoying was the $1/package charge for receiving packages - really? We’d recommend the place and stay here again if we were passing through.

Staff friendly and helpful. Short drive to many points of interest. Bathrooms/shower renovation almost complete. Large laundry facility. Quiet, apart from traffic sounds. Fence around maintenance shed needs replacing. Thoroughly enjoyed our extended stay.

Campsites are mostly gravel and are adequate size. Staff are friendly however not very responsive to minor issues. We had an issue with our TV and their cable tv service and basically had to fend for myself to figure out that our site wasn't even connected to the cable mainline.

Actually quiet RV Park , no gates to go thru easy in & out . Who doesn’t love having a Dollar General within Walking Distance. Will consider staying there again

My husband and I are staying long term due to my husbands job. We have been very pleased with most of it. The staff is friendly and during the freeze, Anthony, one of the employees was here all night helping and making sure everything worked and went smoothly. The renovations are shaping up and looking good. I’m looking forward to seeing the finish product

Stayed in cabin #6 for three days. It’s a two bedroom with a full bath and a half bath in the master bedroom. Nice kitchen with full size fridge. Lots of room. Very clean. Nice staff and great grounds with large shade trees. It’s just off 95 and a dollars store right next door. It was too cold during my visit but there is a nice pool when the weather permits. There was a renovation in the park bathrooms underway. I peeked in and it’s very nice. They are expecting it to be open in a week. Oh, nice large laundry room too!

Titusville / Canaveral Good Sam’s I read the reviews and was a bit hesitant about coming here. But after staying a few days here are my honest thoughts. 31 foot Class C with back and side slide (no towed vehicle). FRONT OFFICE - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ outstanding!! Daphne took my reservation and Lilly worked the front when I arrived. Already identified a slot for me and had an employee named Anthony ready to escort me back to my spot. Anthony ground guided me in and probably saved my marriage. Lisa was extremely helpful as well. Thank you!! LAUNDRY ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ New washers and dryers for $2.50 wash 30 min and $2.00 dry 36 min. Everything clean and dry. Large table to fold clothes. CAMP STORE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Has a small assortment of items. Love’s truck stop and gas station across the street and Dollar General next door…everything there if it is not at the store (especially perishable items)

We stayed at Cape Kennedy RV Resort from February 16 - March 9, 2025, and had an enjoyable stay. One of the main reasons we chose this campground was its location, so we could see SpaceX launches, and it did not disappoint. Being able to experience launches so close by was incredible and made our stay even more memorable. We were in Site 32, a pull-through Deluxe Patio site with concrete pads and full hookups, including 50/30-amp service. Our site also included a picnic table and BBQ grill, which made it convenient and comfortable for our extended stay. The campground is a nice size and offers many premium amenities, including a swimming pool, laundry facility, bathhouse with warm showers and clean bathrooms, clubhouse, camp store, free Wi-Fi, mailroom, on-site storage, and full water, sewer, and trash services. We also appreciated the dog park and dog cleanup stations, which made traveling with pets easier. dditional features like cabin rentals, fire pit rentals, firewood for sale, and security cameras added to the overall comfort and security of the resort. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay, which always makes a big difference. The only area where I feel this resort could improve is trash service. Unlike many KOA resorts we’ve stayed at in the past; there was no trash pickup at individual sites. With only one main trash location for a campground of this size, it felt inconvenient at times. For a property that is marketed as a “resort,” I believe trash pickup or additional disposal areas would be a valuable and expected feature. Overall, Cape Kennedy RV Resort is a clean, well-maintained, and comfortable place to stay, with great amenities, friendly staff, and an unbeatable location for watching rocket launches. We would recommend it to fellow RV travelers.

Great RV park close to Kennedy space center. Plenty of room for our 41 ft class A. They are making upgrades to bath houses. The laundry area was very clean. Staff was very friendly. Location was perfect!

We stayed at Cape Kennedy RV Resort this past weekend. The office staff were very friendly. The store was well stocked. The gentleman that guided us to our site was very friendly, also. It was easy to get to the Space Center from there, too. We would definitely stay at this campground again!

Decent campground with shade. Easy on and off to I 95. Not too far to Space Center. I would stay here again.

As previous reviewers have mentioned, this park is in the process of being renovated. One half of the park has cement pads that are decent size. The other half have muddy sites with minimal gravel. That half also has a lot of RV’s that don’t look like they’ve been moved in a very long time along with items stored outside of their RV’s. If we return to this park we would spend the extra money to be in a site with a cement pad - it was difficult to maneuver in the mud with all of the cars parked from the full time residents. Will also note that the one time we tried to use the bathroom we were told they were both out of order.

Great place to camp

The property is a pleasant campground, though it does not fully meet the standard of a “resort.” There is no trash pickup, and several areas would benefit from additional general maintenance and landscaping. A few long‑term campers appear to have established more permanent setups, which affects the overall atmosphere. It’s clear that the owners are working to make improvements—evident in the ongoing updates to the restrooms and showers—though the upgrades are still in progress. On the positive side, the concrete pads are level and well‑maintained, and the site offers ample power and sewer hookup options. The location is convenient, with a Love’s truck stop about a block away and a Dollar Store nearby, which made access to diesel and basic supplies very easy. The staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming. Would I stay here again? Possibly, although the pricing felt somewhat high for the current level of amenities.

We arrived for check in an hour before closing. Daphne was very kind and helpful and offered to loan me an extension cord and adapter so I could use my much needed heating pad for an injury. Sadly we weren’t made aware of the situation at hand on the property with the showers and restrooms. There were 2 toilets and 2 showers available in the entire resort. The shower I used filled the entire floor of the small portalette with water making it difficult to dry or dress. No paper towels or hand dryer were available either. Upon trying to set up camp a friendly but annoying cat belonging to the “head” maintenance fellow was stalking around our site driving our pup completely batty. The cat tried to get into our vehicle and was climbing all over our truck. The owner eventually took it inside but the 2nd night it was back out prowling around causing a nuisance and at 3 am jumped on truck and set off our truck alarm most likely waking a lot of guests and their sleep along with ours. The 2nd morning one of the only 2 toilets was stopped up so that left ONE for the entire resort. The tent camping area we were placed at was covered in fire and or grill soot and cigarette butts. We had to do our best to not not track the black dirty mess into our tent or vehicles and keep our dog from eating the nasty cigarette butts:( Very disappointed about this. I do not feel that the “resort” really cared much about the conditions for tent sites at all. The noise from the construction just across the road and highway were so loud it was nearly impossible to sleep. I have worked previously at 2 other KOA’s and they seemed to have better standards of care for their guests, RV and tent site campers alike. I think that this place has potential but will will take A LOT to get to that point. You don’t renovate EVERY ONE of the bath & toilets all at once leaving the guests in such an uncomfortable lurch. Supposedly these necessary accommodations had been shut down & under renovations since August with no signs of being completed and available to guests at any near time in the future. All in all it was close to where we needed to go during our stay but not the best property or amenities. I appreciate the kindness from the people that were helpful. Hopefully this helps so you can better understand the needs and considerations to your guests that even if just paying less to tent camp deserve.

Overall, I found the campground to be quiet considering it is on a busy thoroughfare. The office staff and groundworkers were both knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely stay there again. Though, in all honesty, I will not be tenting again, these old bones cannot take it any longer!

We had a wonderful stay here before a cruise. The lady at the front desk was friendly and welcoming. The grounds are well kept. We had a peaceful nights sleep. I would absolutely stay here again.

The full cabins(we had a kitchenette and full bath. The cabin had a slight list to the port and stern. Otherwise, our stay was pleasant. The park itself was nice and quiet. I would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful

Lots of shade which is what we asked for at our gravel pull through site. Staff escorted us to Rv03 and guided us in. The site needs more gravel and the utilities worked , but are in a low spot that pools when it rains. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bath house was being renovated so there were two portable showers brought in by the pool. I think there are a lot of full timers and the sites with concrete pads would have been a better option. Apparently the gravel site had better shade and was a couple bucks cheaper. Cable worked but I wasn't impressed with the channels. I had to run out about 60' of Cable to connect. Wifi worked well for surfing around , but not strong enough to stream. There is a propane fill station on site as well. The office has a few items for sale as well. Navigation is funky as it tells you to turn on Quebec street and it's not marked so be on the watch for the sign. The pavement has seen better days as well. We lucked out on our stay since two Hurricanes Humberto and Ismerlda were bearing down on us but Humberto pulled Ismerlda out into the Atlantic. We just got wind and rain.

Always a nice stay and every morning we were met with a friendly staff member diligently working to maintain the property. Anthony was our favorite helpful, smiling team member!

The staff here is very friendly and helpful, especially Anthony. He even helped us unload our car from the dolly,.and hook up our RV, since it is out first time using it. It is very clean and quiet here and there are lovely tall trees. It was a convenient place to camp and visit the beach at Cape Canaveral.

I brought my Camper Van and checked this place out so we would know what it was like when we came back down with the RV a Couple weeks later. I was surprised how quiet it was, the place is clean and well kept. Very convenient. Staff did their best to be accommodating.

The grounds are clean and well maintained. The store, and laundry facilities along with the mail room and shower houses are also clean, and we'll maintained. And the pool! The pool is the most perfect temperature I have ever experienced swimming in! It's a nice, peaceful, perfectly located, clean and quiet place to spend time. Thank you so much, to the staff for being so welcoming.

We just got home from a 4 day trip to Cape Kennedy RV Resort in Mims Florida. This is an old KOA that is undergoing renovations but they are really working hard on renovations without inconveniencing campers. They are currently working on re-doing the bathhouse and have moved a couple of portable bathrooms with toilet, sink and shower by the other 2 restrooms by the pool to be used during the renovations. They are kept clean and well maintained. We were even able to see a rocket launch from their front parking lot! Alot of the campers are contractors working at the space center so we basically had the campground to ourselves during the day. The campground is a quiet peaceful place to camp. Staff is friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located just off I95 on State Road 46.

This RV park is no longer affiliated with KOA. They're attempting to make numerous upgrades to the facility. The pool area is very nice and clean, as were the shower rooms and bathrooms at the pool. The staff were helpful and courteous. Our stay was just a couple of days, not sure I'd stay here long term especially with all the improvements going on.

This is such a great place...shaded, quiet, CLEAN, and they allow dogs! The staff is also amazing, especially Daphne in the office.

Had a great time at the RV park. The stuff was great and the park has started updating. The pool was great here better the you will find at any hotel or motel. Meet some good people here. The beach was great as well but too rough to get into the water the days we went but you can’t control Mother Nature and that is cool with us. Had a great time here and will be back.

Property wasn't bad. Pool was nice area was clean. Front desk was friendly upon check in. Our electric went out first night, they got it working the next morning long night without ac tho. Spots where tight we set up a 10x10 canopy up to our camper door and was inches away from our neighbors camper. Neighbors and others guest didn't seem very friendly, not what your use to camping. Elderly couple got camper and boat kinda stuck. Instead of offering help front office and other neighbor were pushing them to move.my husband went and helped pull the boat. Just feel more hospitality and understanding could have been used.

Really enjoyed the weekend. A time to relax

My family thoroughly enjoyed a week in the cabins. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had enough equipment that all our needs were met. We used the table for meals and game playing in the evening. There was plenty of room for 4 of us. The pool was ideal after a very hot baseball tournament during the day. The front desk was easy at check in and always pleasant if we had questions or concerns.

Had a fantastic three day and night stay at the CapeK Resort in my RV. One of the best RV parks I have stayed at on the east coast. Clean, level sites and the Staff was great.

The location is unbeatable — just minutes from the Kennedy Space Center (we saw two rocket launches!), close to beautiful beaches like Playalinda and Cocoa, and within easy driving distance of Orlando attractions. We even did a couple day trips to Universal and SeaWorld without having to stay in the city. The resort itself is peaceful and shaded, with large sites tucked under mature oak trees. It’s clean, quiet, and family-friendly. Our kids loved the playground and pool, and my wife and I appreciated the full hookups, laundry room, and relaxed atmosphere. The staff was friendly, the camp store was convenient, and the community events made it feel like home. This was one of the most memorable family trips we’ve taken — the perfect mix of adventure and downtime. Highly recommend Cape Kennedy RV Resort as a base for anyone wanting to explore Florida’s Space Coast (and beyond). We’re already talking about booking again next year!

Wonderful place

We booked here on the fly do to realizing the other campground didn't have a pool(Florida in June with kids is a no go without a pool). The staff was amazing on the phone and the same in person arranged for us (we were a traveling team with another family) to be near each other..... you can tell they are fixing to this campground from what it had become ...u expect in a few year it will be better than it is... good luck you guys I'd stay here again ... the shade is amazing for saving your rv acs!!! Kudos on have welcoming staff!

We stayed at the RV park. The reception desk was great. Very pleasant and helpful. We had a problem with setting up our iPad that controls the front desk sent a very nice woman to help us.

Got in late. 1 hour after night check-in. We were happily accommodated . We were Driven to our sight and made sure we were hooked up properly. We Got up late for the Rocket launch at Kennedy Space Center. Forgot to pull the RV shade up and ripped it off. The staff was so helpful. First they made sure we were ok. Then, they gave us a late check out in order that we could make our repairs. Second Carlos accommoded us with a ladder so we could remove the shade. He even dumped the metal for us. We stayed an extra night to unwind and rest. This camp site was very well maintained from the clean trimmed grounds to the pool area and kids play ground. Beautiful night walks around grounds. Big shout out to Daphane for All her help!

The Cape Kennedy RV Resort suited our needs perfectly. We rented a cabin and stored our boat for the night on our way to the keys. The staff were friendly and accommodating. We will stay here again!

There are other places cheaper by a couple hundred but it feels nicer. Hard to explain. You got to stay a day to understand

I am updating my review, we came to FL this year without the camper. We decided to give this another shot after seeing the improvements in a drive thru. Hesitantly called for cabin info, was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism & friendliness I received! Still work to be done on the grounds but the overall vibe is so much better, we'll be back! I wont correct my original review of the new owner, didnt speak to him, it was the staff, Daphne, Hayley, Lily & Everyone we encountered that won us over!! Well, new owner is TERRIBLE! Cancelled my reservation for February 2022 & charged ME for the canellation! Added to which, only sites available are grass /dirt site & rate went from $550 to $1400. When I called, whoever answered was rude & arrogant. Way to wreck the KOA name!

The pictures on maps are not representative of what i saw and experienced. The bath house was really dirty and laundry was not clean. The sites are ill maintained and if you want a camp fire there are no fire rings. They will rent you one for $10 a day. The wifi was junk and the spectrum cable servicewas janky. I will not return to this camp.

We are from NY and enjoying Florida for the winter. Campsite didn’t have best reviews but we gambled on it for a month. The campground is being redone and we got the new section. It’s very nice and ended up staying for another month. Very centrally located to Orlando, Cocoa beach and Dayton. The long term manager was super helpful in every way. They are continuing to remodel park with new lots and amenities. Strongly recommend, just request new sections.

There is no gate to keep non campers out. We were given a code for the showers/bathrooms but neither doors were locked. Anyone could come in at any time. Not okay!!!

We enjoyed our stay at the KOA Journey while visiting the Canaveral Seashore and Kennedy Space Center. The campground was quiet and maintained. The staff were kind as well. Note: This is a KOA Journey and shouldn't be compared to a big resort. The trees and foliage around the park were classic Florida. I recommend for a casual stay.

We drove 4 days from Canada to stay in Florida to escape the snow/cold. Booked a 6 night stay here as it was a decent location, easy access to the hwy and amenities for the kids. We’ve been to plenty of KOAs all over Canada, they’re not 5 star resorts but are nice/fun places to stay. so much to do and to see; Quality places we enjoy. They have mini golf, jump pads, splash pads, fishing ponds with fish you can catch & release, pool, playgrounds with toys, life size chess/checkers games, green space to run & play frisbee or soccer. This location doesn’t have many of these; the ones they have were unusable. This location is not like anywhere we’ve ever stayed at. We were told new management took over from someone who ran the place into the ground and it certainly is still a work in progress. We understand things take time & they’re waiting on permits (We were openly told that by management). The bathrooms are cleaned by staff daily & smell good. However most of the doors (toilet/shower stalls) in the women’s bathroom don’t lock because the locks are either broken or had been taken off & not replaced. The showers in both women’s & men’s are random. You’ll end up getting one without any hot water at all or a shower head that doesn’t work properly. Some of the Sinks don’t drain properly. The playground looks like it might be ok to use. It’s dated but gated so you can have your kids play & not run off. Our kids never showed interest in it mainly because they were excited for the pool. When we realized the pool was cold as ice, we inquired and were told the cover was broken so they didn’t want to heat it as it would be a waste of resources. Which we understood. 2 days into our stay they got a new cover in! We were happy thinking maybe we would be able to enjoy the pool. 3 days passed the cover was never placed over the pool and heater not once turned on. Despite it being 24C outside, a Pool being 16C is still too cold especially for smaller children. It was frustrating trying to explain every morning to our kids as they’re too young to understand. Even after we asked so politely through the week, being told it will be up & running the next day that it doesn’t actually guarantee their words hold any worth. Just excuse after excuse. If they didn’t want to heat the pool this season just say that rather than get guests hopes up. ***UPDATE: heater was finally plugged in and running as we pulled out for checkout. Go figure…*** We decided since we’re right off the hwy that we would only sleep here & just go adventuring outside of this KOA for enjoyment. For the price we paid to stay; it was not worth while in my opinion. Rates should reflect what’s available on site. The staff were friendly. Management seemed nice the one time we spoke to them. We were called after my original review (it was quite mean but justified at the time to elicit a response). we were told many things we thought sounded reasonable so I removed it in hopes to give some grace but I guess we just didn’t stay long enough to see anything happen. We hope to hear this location does well in the future but we won’t be coming back as there are plenty of KOAs and campsites that are family friendly/enjoyable in the area.

It's a very quiet and respectful place. They have events in the clubhouse the whole family can enjoy. From decorating Christmas cookies to watching movies that the grandkids and grandparents would enjoy and they even have an ugly sweater contest and this is all happening in a couple of weeks. It's nice to think people can enjoy themselves and be around their families while enjoying the simpler things in life. Kind, Courteous, and Respectful oh yes the dogs are all accepted because we know no matter what the family's dog can belong and sometimes is the most important member of the family.

Let's not pretend this is a 5 star resort, and I'll rate it reasonably. This was my first KOA experience, and I can't compare it to others, but for the price, it was nice. My family wanted to go camping and I'm not a tent kind of girl so we thought we would try KOA cabins. First our cabin was clean, very clean. It smelled fresh, was dust and durt free, and my biggest worry, it was absent of any bugs. No roaches, bed bugs, we did find any spiders, and it kept the mosquitos off of me all night. The bathrooms were clean but needed a refresh from age. There were hard water marks, rust, and a faulty stall door but smelled nice and was nothing that made us run out. The staff was lovely and the lots were quiet. It s next to an interstate and a busy road. This wasn't overly noisy and did make for easy access, but some noise did travel through, including the very loud and very cool shuttle launch. There was little for kids to do, I had hoped for a jump pillow because it was too cold for the pool, but the water looked clean and clear for those braver than us. I did hear it's under new ownership, and they clearly are working to overhaul some of the older cabins as workers were like busy little beavers in and out of a few this morning. Overall, it was exactly what I expected for a cheap cabin at a KOA and was way better than a tent.

The cabin was nice. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is near the interstate so it was easy to get out and go to Kennedy Space Center, Cocoa Beach and other attractions. Being by a busy interstate intersection also had some noisy big truck and traffic noise.

Wonderful camp ground. My parents had to evaluate for the hurricane. We could get through on the way back to see if we had our camper still standing. Daphne and Danny went out of the way to go check on our camper and let us know it was OK. Thank you guys. The Browns.

Daphne and Danny are great with customers. We stayed in one of their cabins when we go visit my parents. The campground was clean and the cabins were so much fun.

Stayed here for the hurricane and the service was great and the park was nice. Would like to return when we aren’t fleeing Mother Nature

We stayed here during our evacuation during hurricane Milton. Obviously a stressful time, but we felt so welcome when we arrived today. Daphne at the front desk was amazing, letting us check in a few minutes early. Danny was the parking expert and helped us park our rig. Both were top-notch customer service, very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at the Titusville KOA last week and enjoyed it. The sites are big enough for larger RV's. The roads are bit small though. The grounds are well kept and there are several areas to walk your pets with trash cans to dispose of waste. I enjoyed the laid back vibe. Convenient to 95 and the staff is great!

Super pricey even if you choose to stay in a tent.

Cabins are cute. Campground is nice with a pool and a small fenced dog park. Simple, but nice for a quiet getaway for a few days.

We love this campground! The staff truly care about the facility, they are so friendly, really get to know you and your family! The facility workers are out 7 days a week, improving and maintaining the property. The location is one minute from 1-95, but you can’t hear the inter state traffic at all. It’s also 25 minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach! The Merritt Island Wildlife Refuge is right up the road too! It is situated perfectly to so many areas! The campground has beautiful oak trees with Spanish moss with the spots located perfectly inbetween. The pool area has great loungers, tables with umbrellas and is always the perfect temperature! The playground is well maintained, and if you have dogs there’s a dedicated area for them as well! We recommend this KOA for long or short term to anyone.

Clean and shady. Easy to maneuver through. Loved the cement parking pads. Wireless internet was a decent speed for streaming and the connection didn't drop. Bathhouse clean too. Appreciated how they spread people out when assigning sites. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this KOA!! It was clean and comfortable. Easy to maneuver our RV through and the staff was top-notch! I cannot express how helpful they were. I would like to send out a special shout out to Debbie! On her day off, she offered to drive us to pick up our rental car. She noticed us waiting for an Uber and offered to give us a ride in her own personal vehicle. I cannot tell you how it’s simple kind gesture made all the difference. Thank you Debbie for your kindness. We hope to see you soon and thank you again. We highly recommend this KOA to anyone in the area.

The cabin was clean and cool on our July visit. Crowded family came to kayak and see the bioluminescence at Haulover Kayak Launch site. Bathrooms were clean and not crowded. Front desk very helpful. A minus is that it is not on a rural property, no cozy campfires. It's an urban feeling KOA (wouldn't tent here) but great location off 95 and near Merritt Island. For my stay and cabin 5 stars.

Half of the campground is very nice and the other half is not. They seem to be working on it to make it better. I have never had a koa charge me an extra 5 dollars for my minidoodle before. Marked it on the online booking as always and paid online. Then when I arrived at check-in they up charged me for my dog. First bad experience at a KOA and have stayed at them all over.

Loved the cabins. They were very clean and the ac worked great! The campground was nice. Wish they had towels at the pool that would be nice. The only thing I wish they had was some type of recreational activity like canoeing or ATV rentals. But otherwise the grounds were clean and the pool was the perfect temp.

Der Campingplatz ist sehr gut gelegen um das Kennedy Space Center zu besuchen. Die Sanitäranlagen sind sehr sauber, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen. Trotz der angrenzenden Straße ruhig. Schöner alter Baumbestand, hundefreundlich. Den Pool konnten wir wegen Wartungsarbeiten leider nicht benutzen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

So, let's start with the good. Great location, nice staff, some new concrete sites have been poured, its has well shaded spaces not too close to others. The down...the whole place is just a little tired and past its prime with faded paint and rotting wood. More than a few sites are derelict and unused, the pool was closed because of a broken pump, the cabins were a combination of newer, nicer and older, not so nice. It needs some updating but not a bad stay.

I've mostly avoided KOAs in the past because I had a misconception that they were all too loud, sites were too close together and they didn't have any trees. This KOA changed my mind about that. My site had a big oak tree and plenty of shrubs to make it feel a little more private. Restrooms/showers were clean and in good working order. Slabs kept the inside of my camper from getting dirty/dusty. Staff was super friendly and attentive. If my travels bring me back to the area I would definitely stay here again.

Had a great week. Stayed here while waiting on our house. Debbie was very helpful in our stay. The only complaints I had were all the traffic noise throughout the night and the black sand that made everything I owned black.

I love living at this RESORT and campground. They have a resort pool that's heated super warm and it's crazy cool deep at over 7 ft 3 in It's clean and friendly. I can't say enough about their staff being very helpful and courteous. This is the best RV park in the county!

Great location and excellent service. Our site was perfect - clean, full concrete pad, shade, easy access in and out. Shower/restroom was clean and had good capacity. Same for laundry room. We pull a travel trailer. Stayed for 4 nights.

The campground has a few issues. Mostly it is an aging campground. Otherwise the location is great. Close to the cape and beaches. The biggest plus is the staff, the front desk people were amazing and as sweet as can be. The two guys that escort you to your site are super friendly and helpful. This campground is about to become a 5 star in my book.

The camping spot was fine and the staff friendly bit this was the most noisy place we have ever stayed. It wasn't the freeway traffic but the street traffic in front of the campground.

We have visited numerous times! It is always a learning experience!

Convenient location for Titusville. The concrete pads are spacious and there are plenty of mature shade trees at just about every site. The laundry room is a plus as well with plenty of machines available. Having said that, this campground still needs a lot of work to bring things up to date and, while the work is ongoing, the pace appears very slow.

The sites are way to close together. Wifi and cable ate terrible.

We camped at site 30 over the last 4 days and it was great. The sites are concrete, level and full hookup. The staff was friendly and very helpful. It was a little cool so we didn't get a chance to use the pool but I look forward to doing so in the future. We live in central Fl so we plan to frequent Tutusvilles KOA in the future. A couple recommendations that I do have is they need to have more outdoor activities. If I owned the park, I would put a couple pool tables and ping pong tables in the large recreation room and some additional outdoor activities even though the central Fl location offers many activities outside the park. Movie night might be nice for the tent campers that don't have TV access.

The KOA has a lot of potential. The grounds are kept up, but they could do more. The roads are old and falling apart. The bathrooms are from the 80's and they are showing it. When we stayed they never had paper towels in the bathrooms. Toilet paper was also hard to come by. The staff are friendly and somewhat helpful. The location was the main issue for us. All you can hear all night long are trucks and traffic. The not best thunk when you are tent camping. For the price I'd recommend someplace else.

This is a lovely place to stay if you're in the area! I rented the small cabin and was impressed that when I used a white towel to wipe up some water I'd spilled on the floor it came up totally clean! I'm extremely sensitive to mold, and while the Spanish moss in the trees outside is triggering some reactions, there's absolutely no indoor mold in the cabin! Same cannot be said for hotels in the area of comparable rates! AC is extremely cold, and despite outdoor temperatures in the high 80s with near 93% humidity my cabin feels like an arctic meat locker! The staff is dedicated, friendly, and extremely welcoming and accommodating. They value peace and a calm environment for all to enjoy here, so if you're loud party people this is NOT the KOA for you. Across the street is a Love's with great (and ridiculously cheap!) breakfast. If you're in need of wifi the cabins are well within range for great internet. Highly recommend this campground, I will definitely be back!

Beautiful campground with huge mossy trees, Large flat concrete pads, convenient to hiway 95 but far enough to be quiet. Stayed 3 nights and enjoyed it so much. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Under new management and they are doing numerous improvements and all the sites were nice and well maintained. Will definitely stay again!!

Staff is very friendly and very attractive, Tara makes sure to take care of all your needs and treats you just like family. I highly recommend if you visit Mims (Titusville area) that you book your stay in one of the cabin rentals and make sure you say hello to Tara, she is simply amazing and the friendliest front desk person I have ever talk to.

It was a place to park the camper while we went to Kennedy Space Center, but it was below par for a KOA. Quite a few long term / permanent residents staying there, and some weirdos walking around at night. One 15 year old male kept trying to go into the woman’s bathhouse while my wife and daughter were in there. He got one warning from me and didn’t come back. Don’t think this is in a great area, but the location was convenient. We just wish this could have been nicer.

This is probably the nicest park we've stayed at. The park and facilities are clean and well taken care of. Even the cable works! A big thank you to Tara for helping us maneuver our last-minute reservation changes because of the hurricane. Great place to stay!

We always come out here when we do the bioluminescent paddle trips. The cabins are always a great deal and very comfortable. Definitely need to bring your own amenities to make the cabins enjoyable, but they have all the basics. The employees are super friendly and helpful and will fix any issue before you know you had a issue. Best location to stay as it's right by the interstate and close to so many nature preserves and waterways.

We rented a cabin, it was so awesome! My family and I really enjoyed our time there! Can't wait to go back again!

We have stayed here a couple of times prior to this because it’s located next to 2 of our grandchildren. This will be our last time here. It looks like they may be moving away from the KOA brand and it shows. The overall appearance of this place looks run down. The cabin we stayed in (cabin 10) had duct tape on the wall probably to seal leaks. It is also located right by the dump station!!! There is one bathroom/shower area and they close it in the morning when people would normally need to shower. There is a bathroom by the pool but there is no a/c and the door looks like it’s been eaten by wild animals. It would not take much to spruce this place up and make it nice but apparently they do not want to spend the money. Staff was friendly but don’t trust any signs with hours on it. Better off asking someone. All in all the only positive thing I can say is the a/c in the cabin worked really well.

Ok, let's get real. This park was not well cared for. There are new owners and they seem determined to turn this into a great KOA. The staff was wonderful, helpful and hard working . They are upgrading the pads. Installing new fire boxes / grills. The laundry room and bath houses were spot less. I saw a review from one camper about the buckets for animal waste. Even a picture. They emptied these all day long. The campground is minutes away from great fishing , great local restaurants and Cape Canaveral. The pool was well maintained. The playground was also well maintained . If you want a convenient to everything spot , this is it . I hope the new owners keep up the good work.
